Danish Ice Cream

In Odense we experienced traditional Danish ice cream: a scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone topped with guf (which looks and tastes like uncooked meringue), a bit of strawberry jam and a dark chocolate stick. Very tasty.

The wristband which matches the pistachio ice cream beautifully is from the Hans Christian Anderson museum.
