A bus trip, a hike and a delicious meal in Svolvaer

Time to move on from Reine to the town of Svolvaer, the main port on the islands. We broke the journey at a small town called Ramberg famous for its beach. Ramberg is also the starting point for a steep but fairly short walk up to a hill called Nubben which provided us with lovely views towards the beach and nearby mountains.

Svolvaer is a larger town, the main base for Lofoten visitors. We celebrated our arrival in style
